The Hawthorn School of Plant Medicine offers classes aimed at cultivating healing relationships between people and plants. Through experiential education drawing from a wide array of perspectives, we strive to connect people with the wisdom and generosity of the plants.
Our work is grounded in love for the plants and an ethic of mutuality--in learning how plants can heal and care for human people, we believe that we must also learn how to care for the plant people and their home ecosystems. Our intention is to foster relationships that help plants to flourish and thrive--in our gardens as well as within wild spaces.
Our programs take place in and around Olympia, Washington, with field trips throughout the greater bioregion.
